Where orders ship from
Orders ship from Kansas City, Missouri.

Processing time
Ready-to-ship orders generally take 1–3 business days to prepare. Custom or made-to-order items generally take about 3–5 business days, or longer if stated on the product page. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and holidays. Contact us if you need an item by a particular date.

Standard shipping rates
Our standing standard-shipping rate is $5.99 for qualifying orders under $50, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more. Any destination or item restrictions and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Temporary shipping promotions
Temporary promotional coupon codes may offer a different free-shipping threshold and are subject to the promotion’s stated terms and availability. The homepage promotion advertising code Freeshipping offers free shipping on orders over $10 while that promotion is active. Enter the code at checkout and confirm that it applies before paying. This coupon promotion is separate from our permanent $50 free-standard-shipping threshold.

Transit estimates and tracking
Typical carrier transit is an estimated 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking information is provided when available after shipment; carrier scans may take time to appear. Weather, holidays, high order volumes, carrier disruptions, and other events may cause delays. Contact us if tracking appears stalled or a shipment is missing so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Shipping addresses
Please check your address, including apartment or suite number, before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped. If an address error results in a returned package or additional shipping cost, contact us to arrange the next steps and any applicable charge before reshipment.

Local pickup
Local pickup is available only when offered at checkout or expressly arranged with the store. Do not travel to collect an online order until we confirm it is ready and provide pickup instructions. Contact us about availability at our Zona Rosa Town Center store.

Questions or damaged deliveries
Contact us with your order number for help. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy; when a return is required for these issues, we cover the return-shipping expense.
