About these terms
Crafty Claw Creations operates this website and store, hosted on Shopify. These terms apply to your use of the site and purchases from us. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, available through the store’s policy links. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or place an order. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Lawful use and accounts
Use the site and products lawfully. Do not misuse payment details, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, submit malicious code, harass others, or interfere with the site’s security or operation. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and contact information and keep account credentials secure. We may restrict access or decline orders for reasonable grounds such as fraud, unlawful conduct, or misuse, subject to applicable law.

Products and availability
Many crystals and handmade products are limited or one of a kind. Availability can change, and an item in a cart is not necessarily reserved. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but screens and lighting can affect color. Natural and handmade variations are described in the disclaimer below. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

Pricing, payment, and errors
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and applicable discounts are displayed during checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to process the amount you approve. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. We may correct genuine pricing, description, or availability errors; if an error affects a submitted order, we will contact you before charging a different amount or offering a substitute. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment collected for it.

Shipping, pickup, and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms and explain processing and transit estimates, standard rates, temporary promotions, pickup arrangements, return eligibility, and refunds. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact us before mailing returns.

Crystal meanings, intention suggestions, tarot-related content, rituals, folklore, and metaphysical information are provided for educational, cultural, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. They reflect traditions, beliefs, and personal interpretations; results are not scientifically guaranteed. Experiences and beliefs vary, and no particular outcome is promised.

Our products and content are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not delay, replace, or stop professional care or treatment based on metaphysical content or products. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.

Natural stones vary in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, shape, and size. Handmade products may also vary. These expected variations are part of their character and are not, by themselves, defects; they do not excuse material misdescription or damage.

We do not control their independent content or operations. This does not remove our responsibilities to you under applicable law.

Reviews and content you submit
Submit only content you have the right to share, and keep reviews honest and based on your experience. Do not include unlawful material or another person’s private information. You retain ownership of your content and give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, and format content you submit for public posting in connection with the store and its promotion. We will not materially distort a review’s meaning. We may remove content that violates these terms; honest negative feedback alone is not grounds for removal. Private customer-support messages are not treated as public review submissions.

Website availability and liability
We take reasonable care in operating the store but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, injury, product liability, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Governing law and remaining terms
